단지'를 조성하고 있습니다. 이는 대동이 지난 70여 년간 ‘농기계’를 선도하며 한국 농업의 역사를 이끌어온 것처럼, 21세기에는 스마트농업을
기반으로 한 ‘미래농업’을 선도해 나가는 모습을 보여주는 공간이 될 것입니다. 대동그룹의 미래사업인 그린바이오, 푸드테크의 전초기지로
농업의 지속가능한 가치를 미래세대에 전달하고자 하며, 또한, 다양한 지역 기반사업을 통해 제주도와 상생 모델을 구축할 예정입니다.
As a subsidiary of Korea’s No.1 agricultural machinery company Daedong, Jeju Daedong has been developing an
experiential agri-tourism complex that combines agriculture and tourism since 2013. This space will showcase the
company’s leadership in smart agriculture, pioneering a new era of future farming in the 21st century. Serving as a
forward base for Daedong Group’s future business areas—including green bio and food tech—the complex aims to
pass on the value of sustainable agriculture to future generations, while building a co-prosperity model with Jeju
through various region-based initiatives.

Project Issue
이 프로젝트에는 다음과 같은 이슈가 있었습니다. 전체 복합단지는 1. 퍼블릭 존 2. 프라이빗 존 3. 스마트 존, 3개의 구역으로
구성되어 있는데, 이 구역들은 특징과
타겟, 그리고 역할이 각각 다를 뿐 아니라, 운영주체와 오픈 시기까지 모두 달랐습니다.
따라서, 이렇게 이질적인 구성 속에서 네이밍 체계를 어떻게 설계할 것인가가 핵심 이슈였습니다.
This project presented a key challenge: the entire complex was divided into three distinct zones.
1. Public Zone 2. Private Zone 3. Smart Zone, Each zone differed not only in character, target audience, and function, but also
in operating entities and launch timelines. Therefore, the central issue was how to design a cohesive naming system that could
unify these heterogeneous components.
Solution to the Issue

브랜드 체계의 운영방안은 다음과 같이 3가지로 나누어 보았고, 각각의 장단점 역시 분석해 보았습니다.

each were thoroughly analyzed.
Why we chose a unified brand
현재는 오픈된 퍼블릭 존의 개별 브랜드로 운영하고 있으나, 장기적인 관점에서
다음의 이유를 고려할 때, 3개의 존을 묶는 ‘통합브랜드’가 필요하다는
결론에 이르렀습니다.
While each zone is currently being operated under its own public-facing brand,
we have concluded that an integrated brand
encompassing all three zones is necessary
from a long-term strategic perspective, based on the following reasons.
Brand Concept
하나의 통합된 브랜드를 개발하는 방향으로 결정되었고, 이에 대한 메시지, 브랜드 컨셉은 각 존의 특징을 반영하면서도 포괄적인 방향으로
다음과
같이 도출했습니다.
We decided to pursue a single unified brand. Accordingly, the brand message and concept were developed to be
comprehensive while reflecting the distinct characteristics of each zone.
고객은 Public Zone에서 ‘활기찬 즐거움과 함께
자연과의 몰입되는 즐거움’을 느낀 반면,
Private Zone에서는 ‘유쾌하나 정적인 즐거움’을,
Smart Zone에서는 새로운 미래농업의
모습을 보며 ‘신선하고 유익한 즐거움‘을 경험합니다.
그리고, 이를 하나의 문장으로 축약하면 다음과 같습니다.
